Almost a decade ago, Dustin Newcombe sold everything he owned to follow his life-long dream of becoming a touring musician. This leap of faith financed his first multi-state tour, but his overwhelming passion and grit is what led to his touring successes as “Dusty Live”. Rolling the dice of life paid off, as his unrelenting determination and desire to create a welcoming and energizing live atmosphere has cultivated a strong and loyal following through his signature Nashville brand of Outlaw Rap-Rock.
Dusty has toured nationally since 2012, and internationally since 2018. He has opened for major acts such as Brett Michaels, Buckcherry, Parmalee, Rehab, David Allan Coe, and Jackyl - while also performing at notable venues from The Fiddler's Elbow in London, UK to Throttle Fest at Chicago Toyota Park. Dusty has also performed at several major NASCAR events including the All-Star Race, Coca-Cola 600, Bank of America 500 and more.
Dusty Live has amassed numerous FM radio plays across Illinois, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Louisiana. D.A.T. Sauce, Bomb House Recording, and Suncloud Polarized Optics have all jumped on board as sponsors due to a strong touring program and intimate connection with fans in underserved markets. Dusty's upcoming releases are his best written and produced songs yet, and are sure to get crowds moving and grooving to this new style of music.
